Participants
URC programs are required to include the following in participant registration processes. By signing up for a URC program you agree to the following documents which have been provided by Frederick County Parks & Recreation.
-Acceptance of having read, understand and will comply with Frederick County provided documents on concussions
-Acceptance of having read, understand and will comply with Frederick County provided “returning to play” after a suspected concussion.
-Acceptance of having read, understand and will comply with Frederick County provided liability waiver
-Acceptance of having read, understand and will comply with Frederick County provided “Parent & Player Code of Conduct and Escalated Penalties”.
